Treasures Must Have – Return & Refund Policy

Introduction

Treasures Must Have offers an easy 7-day return policy to our customers.
Please note – We have a Coupon Refund / Exchange / Monetary Refund available. Please ensure you take an unboxing video of the package before opening it.
If a customer is dissatisfied with the purchased Product received from TREASURES MUST HAVE, or in the event where there are defects and deficiencies in the Product (attributable to, and accepted by TREASURES MUST HAVE after due verification), he/she/they may initiate a request for returning the Product by generating a return request via "RETURN YOUR PRODUCT" section on the website. The customer shall initiate such requests for a return not later than 7 (seven) days from the date on which he/she received the delivery of the Product.
Our team will get back to you within 24-48 hours of receiving your email.

Mandatory Criteria for Return

All returns need to fulfil the criteria mentioned below:
• Return Request has to be raised within 7 days from the delivery date.
• The items should be unused with all tags intact.
• The packaging should have the original invoice, packaging and tags in place. Items without tags will not be accepted and will be sent back.
• There should not be any scratches or deformities on the product.
• Ensure that Embellishments on the product are not damaged.
• Any gifts accompanying the purchased Product have to be returned along with the product.
• If a User has purchased Products which form a part of a package of multiple Products (Such as Watch Bracelet Stacks, Bracelet Sets & pendent etc), or if the Product forms a part of a promotional package, the User shall be required to return all the Products that form a part of the Bundled Package for us to process refunds.
If TREASURES MUST HAVE is satisfied that the Product does not meet any one of the above criteria, we shall reserve the right to reject the return of the Product. The product will be returned back to the customer. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.

Return Process Overview

STEP 1: Once you are sure you want to return the product, immediately go to the RETURN YOUR ORDER section and generate a return request within 7 days of product delivery. Ensure all return criteria are met.
STEP 2: Our Customer Care team will review your Return request within 24-48 working hours and a reverse pick up will be arranged.
STEP 3: Safely pack the return product (use Treasures Must Have original packaging or any strong box with sealed tapes). Damaged products will not qualify for refund. Poor packaging will result in a ₹99 deduction.
STEP 4: Hand over the parcel to our pickup agent.

Returned parcel will take 7–10 days to reach our warehouse. Once received, we will do a quality check. If approved, we will initiate your refund within 24–48 working hours via email with a Coupon Code.

If your area is not serviceable for reverse pickup, send us the item via India Post or any courier and share tracking to contactus@treasuresmusthave.com. We will reimburse ₹99 as fixed shipping cost.

Monetary Refunds

Note: For Monetary Refunds, ₹75 will be deducted as reverse logistics fee. The remaining amount will be refunded.

Return Logistics

If you self-ship the return and we do not receive the item or receive an empty package, you must provide valid ‘proof of delivery’. Refunds will be processed only after successful receipt and quality check of the returned product.

Quality Check & Approval

If returned items fail quality checks or are used/defective/empty, no refund will be issued and the product will be returned to you.

Refund Method

All returns will be refunded via Credit Note / Exchange / Monetary Refund within 24–48 hours of product approval. All coupons are valid for 6 months and usable only on www.jokerandwitch.com.

Redeeming Your Coupon

1. Coupon valid for 6 months from issue date.
2. Cart value must equal or exceed coupon value.
3. Coupon not usable on lesser value orders.
4. Coupons cannot be split.
5. Max 3 refunds allowed per item.
6. Coupons cannot be clubbed with other offers.
7. Coupons are non-transferable.

Policy Changes

Treasures Must Have reserves the right to alter and enforce this Return and Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.
